About the work
Saltare is a composed sculpture of two elegant, organic forms that seem to move together in a quiet, suspended dance. The flowing lines and carefully articulated curves create a rhythm that leads the eye through the sculpture. The repetition of these sweeping curves introduces a sense of tension and movement, while the relationship between the two elements creates an overall feeling of harmony and balance.
A distinctive feature of Saltare is the contrast between the inner and outer surfaces of the forms.
